Roasted chili coconut

Easy to make and a wonderful addition to dal making it even a greater feast of flavour.
You can make a batch and keep it in a jar.


- A packet of dried coconut
- A cup of sultanas
- Tbsp of ghee
- tbsp of chili powder

In a frying pan or wok heat the ghee. Add the chili powder. Then sultanas. Toss and be careful not to burn the chili.

Add coconut and mix well. 

When mixture smells amazing it is ready.
